NSM currently offers five Master’s degree programs in English, namely International Management, Strategy, Marketing, Strategic Human Resource Management, and Business Analysis and Modeling and three international master programs, namely in Public Administration, in System Dynamics and in Geography, Spatial Planning and Environment. RUN is coordinator of the Erasmus Mundus Master program in System Dynamics which was launched in August 2010.
Research in the GRACeFUL project is carried out by the Methodology and System Dynamics Group of Nijmegen School of Management. Its expertise lies in the application and development of Group Model Building and in the usage of system dynamics as an organizational intervention. Group Model Building is a method to develop system dynamics models in a participative way, i.e. with direct and immediate problem owner involvement. Seeing system dynamics projects as organizational interventions embeds system dynamics into the broader field of systems approaches and organizational change management. The focus is on improving problematic situations, not on the method used per se.
